A company is looking for an Onboarding Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver scalable customer engagements during key journey milestones, including onboarding and early adoption efforts
Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers, ensuring maximum value from solutions throughout their lifecycle
Guide customers through the onboarding phase, focusing on change management, communication planning, and technical enablement
Required Qualifications
5 years in Customer Success with experience managing large customers and complex SaaS products
Experience driving adoption during the customer onboarding phase (first 60-90 days)
Proven ability to build and launch customer journey programs with defined success metrics
High level of technical expertise, particularly with Jira, Confluence, and Loom
Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management, and IT service management
