Cedar Park Med is hiring for Physical Therapist (PT) for immediate opening.

13 weeks contract. Shift : 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm + One weekend a month.

Setting : Outpatient ortho

Requirements :

  • B.S. in Physical Therapy
  • NYS License or eligible
  • 2 years experience required

Duties :

  • Will evaluate plans and implement programs in accordance with indicated procedures;
  • Formulate specific goals for patient treatment by appropriately collaborating with other health care personnel and the patients
  • Prepare and maintain notes and discharge records in a timely manner; attend designated clinics, rounds, and conferences, and render patient information
  • Participate in educational programs for staff members, students, volunteers, and other professional health care personnel
  • Train new staff members
  • Serve as clinical instructor for senior level students; and facilitate new program development.
