Job Summary :

Supermicro is looking for talented and passionate Application Engineer who has in-depth knowledge in computer / server architecture. You will be responsible in validating / troubleshooting the cutting-edge server systems and working with Product Manager to provide the best customer support. The ideal candidate must have strong technical background in computer / server product as well as excellent documentation and communication skills ability to interface with cross-functional teams in professional manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Includes the following essential duties and responsibilities (other duties may also be assigned) :

• Work closely with Production, Service, Purchaser, Product Manager to validate and debug server systems.
• Identify technical issues and collaborate with both internal teams and external partners to resolve issues.
• Proactively follow up the current backlogs for validation and escalate the road blockers as needed.
• Continuously process and documentation improvement for efficiency and accuracy
• Continuously learn and create technical documents for validating and troubleshooting newer GPU systems.

Qualifications :

Salary Range

$80,000 - $100,000

The salary offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.
