Adjunct Professor, Animation and Game Art We are seeking qualified candidates who meet the required qualifications and have the experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of this role.

The successful candidate will prepare and deliver engaging, innovative, and discipline-appropriate coursework, reflecting a commitment to the college's core values, culturally responsive teaching, and expertise in the field. The role requires adherence to professional standards for faculty according to college policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

Teach courses as scheduled, following approved descriptions and syllabi established by the Division and administered by the associate dean / director.

Teaching may occur on-campus or at off-site locations, including evening and weekend programs. Note : Collin College is not currently hiring for online instruction.

May include teaching Dual Credit courses.

Supplemental Functions :

Perform other duties as assigned.

Maintain standards in accordance with college policies, procedures, and core values.

Physical Demands and Working Conditions :

This position involves sedentary work, primarily sitting, with occasional lifting or moving objects up to 10 pounds. The work environment is an office setting with minimal physical effort required.

Requirements :

Associate degree from an accredited institution in the discipline to be taught.

Teaching experience is preferred.

This position is security-sensitive; candidates will undergo a criminal background check.
