Our restaurant is known for its vibrant atmosphere, innovative dishes, and commitment to quality. We are looking for a talented and experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure the highest quality and presentation of food.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
  • Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff.
  • Contribute to menu planning and development.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for culinary excellence.
