Job Description
Shipping Clerk. Are you computer savvy with warehouse/forklift experience? Advance Services in Hastings is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to support daily shipping and logistics operations. This role is responsible for preparing finished aluminum products for shipment, coordinating with carriers, maintaining accurate shipping records, and ensuring orders are shipped safely, on time, and in compliance with company standards. Job Duties: Prepare, package, and label aluminum castings for shipment. Verify shipping orders, quantities, and documentation for accuracy. Generate bills of lading, packing slips, and shipping paperwork. Schedule pickups and coordinate with freight carriers and drivers. Load and unload shipments using forklifts or pallet jacks (as required). Inspect outgoing shipments for damage or quality issues Pay: $19.00-$23.00 DOE Shift: 1st Monday-Friday, overtime may be required Hours: 7:00am-3:30pm Why work for Advance Services, Inc.?
