Internship Opportunities

Full-time | Location - Olathe, KS, 66022

Join our dynamic team as an intern in one of our departments (IT, eCommerce, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Automation, Product & Procurement, HR, Sales, Accounting, or EHS) to gain hands-on experience, contribute to business objectives, and develop key skills in your chosen field. You'll perform project-related tasks, collaborate with department leaders, and support business processes designed to meet organizational goals.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in departmental activities, including research, analysis, and process improvement projects.

Support departmental projects by conducting research, analysis, and assisting with the execution of tasks.

Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.

Assist in developing reports, presentations, and process documentation.

Learn and navigate relevant software, tools, and systems used by the department.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, communication, and data entry.

Participate in training and professional development activities to enhance your skills.

HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE

Must be team-oriented with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.

Demonstrate organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and / or department-specific tools (e.g., CAD, Jira, Tableau).

Possess professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Ability to learn and apply new systems and processes quickly.
