Treatment Coordinator - Executive Dentistry - Dearborn

Executive Dentistry is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled and personable Treatment Coordinator to join our exceptional team in Dearborn! Located at 23044 Cherry Hill St, our office is known for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a welcoming and professional environment.

We’re seeking someone who thrives in patient communication and case acceptance — someone who can confidently present treatment plans, close cases, and get patients scheduled quickly and efficiently.

Job Description:

• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
• Verify insurance and process claims
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage patient accounts and phone inquiries
• Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience

Schedule:

• Monday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Tuesday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• One Saturday per month (typically the first): 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

Requirements:

• Must have 2+ years of Treatment Coordinating experience in dental field
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and highly reliable
• A positive, professional demeanor with great communication skills
