GLOBAL ENERGY PROCUREMENT ANALYST

Global Energy Procurement Analyst

As global energy procurement market analyst, you will be responsible for researching natural gas and power market fundamentals, developing procurement strategy, position management, special projects, and monitoring company financial impact. This position will need to build strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

• Assist with the purchase of power, natural gas, diesel for all sites in USA.
• Responsible for locking in market values at competitive costs. Strong ability to perform market research and pricing forecasts.
• Support in creating cash flow models, forecasting and ongoing oversite of existing and new energy projects.
• Review suppliers and sourcing supply.
• Analyze economic and market data related to global energy markets, with strong focus on US.
• Budget, forecast, and monitor site usage rates and costs.
• Communicate procurement strategy with business leaders.
• Development of energy risk management models and tools.
• Prepare regular reports and market updates for senior management.
• Other duties as assigned.
