As a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) in Orem/Provo, you will:
Partner with leadership to build and standardize clinical systems across Utah County.
Conduct client assessments, reassessments, and progress reports.
Develop and implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans.
Maintain a caseload with hands-on, high-quality clinical care.
Supervise, train, and support RBTs and behavior technicians.
Provide parent training and caregiver support using evidence-based approaches.
Perform functional behavior assessments and ensure data-driven program evaluation.
Stay compliant with Utah regulations, BACB ethical guidelines, and Aviation ABA’s quality standards.
Oversee treatment plan reviews, documentation audits, and clinical quality checks.
Assist with clinic operations such as scheduling, staffing, and problem-solving.
Certification: Current Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) and UT LBA (or eligibility for licensure).
Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
Preferred: Safety Care Specialist certification (or willingness to obtain).
Experience: Prior leadership or supervisory experience in ABA preferred.
Flexibility: Ability to provide in-home services when needed in Utah County.
Transportation: Reliable vehicle for local travel within the Orem/Provo area.
