Job Title : Maintenance Tech Apprentice

Location : 711 E Main St. Chicopee, MA 01022 (Onsite)

Duration : 6+ Months Contract

Hours: M-F 7am - 4:30pm

Payrate : $24.80/hr on W2.

Resource's typical working day:

• Maintaining building
• Escorting vendors
• Basic HVAC
• Painting
• Patching
• Hanging items
• General maintenance

Years of Experience needed:

No specific amount of time, looking for the right candidate with good experience

Level of Education:

H.S. Diploma, technical school is a plus

Systems/Software proficiencies:

Basic computer knowledge, Outlook skills with the ability to follow up

Interview Process:

1st round phone screen

2nd round on-site with a site-tour (Site address 711 E Main St. Chicopee, MA 01022)

Summary:

As a Maintenance Technical Apprentice, you will develop on the job skills to maintain buildings, industrial systems, and equipment on an ongoing basis by conducting routine preventive maintenance inspections, diagnosing potential problems, and making repairs.
