Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for openings in Los Angeles, California (downtown area). This is a full-time permanent opportunity with great benefits.
Details:

• Provide comprehensive healthcare to patients with complex and chronic care needs.
• Primary Care Visits
• Perform health risk assessments, including medical history review, symptom evaluation, and physical examinations.
• Develop care plans for chronic disease management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Hybrid (combination of home visits and working remotely)
• 5-7 patients a day

Requirements:

• Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Valid DEA License
• At least 1 year of clinical patient care experience.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
