Location : Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid 2 days onsite)

Duration : 3 6+ months

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Consultant to support multi-country payroll operations across the US, Canada, and Costa Rica. This role involves payroll processing, reconciliation, compliance, and coordination with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely pay cycles.

Key Responsibilities :

Process and reconcile payroll for the US, Canada, and Costa Rica, including off-cycle and special payments

Ensure accurate benefits deductions and enter necessary payroll adjustments

Respond to payroll inquiries and maintain payroll policies and procedures

Oversee paycheck issuance and electronic payments

Prepare and distribute payroll summary reports

Support internal and external payroll audits

Qualifications :

Strong payroll processing experience (multi-country preferred)

Knowledge of payroll regulations and compliance

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
