Float Direct Support Professional (DSP)

In an effort to provide additional support for our residential programs, Cardinal has developed a Rochester-based Float DSP team and we are searching for an additional Float Direct Support Professionals to serve as a flexible resource to our sites located in Rochester and the surrounding areas. Extensive training will be provided to ensure a successful transition between sites!

This versatile and highly adaptive team will relieve short-staffed programs and be utilized to fill in for DSP time off requests / medical leaves. This Rochester based team will also support programs located in Chatfield, Mantorville, Austin, Spring Valley and Red Wing.

• Classification : Nonexempt (hourly)
• Expected Hours of Work : Guaranteed 35 variable hours per week (day & pm shifts); 2 weekends per month required. Your work schedule will be determined a minimum of two weeks in advance.
• Salary : $22.00 / hour for all awake hours
• Travel : Must be able to travel to all locations listed above. Eligible for Mileage Reimbursement for programs exceeding 30 miles from the Wellner Drive main office.
