Business Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Business Operations Lead to drive alignment and improve processes within the Global Technology Business Management group.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end operating cadence for key leadership forums, ensuring preparation and follow-through

Run program management for strategic planning, coordinating cross-functional inputs and communications

Build and lead the narrative pipeline for executive communications and maintain information architecture for knowledge management

Required Qualifications

Experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, or related fields in a technology organization

Proven ability to act as a strategic partner to engineering or product leaders

Strong analytical skills to synthesize data into actionable insights

Experience in collaborating with HR / People and Finance teams

Strong project management skills with a focus on clear planning and follow-through
