• Lead daily operations of the assigned imaging services department.
• Ensure high-quality imaging, optimal patient care, and efficient workflow.
• Monitor patient documentation for accuracy and timely completion.
• Oversee quality control testing, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Serve as a resource for department staff and interdisciplinary team members.
• Conduct staff orientation, training, and ongoing coaching.
• Provide input for staff performance evaluations.
