Position Summary :
A client of I.K. Hofmann's is looking for an Engineering Consultant & Project Manager, where you'll provide consulting and project management services for facility and infrastructure projects. This role requires both technical expertise and leadership, focusing on building enclosure systems and other engineering tasks. You'll manage multiple projects, collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, and work both in the field and office, 50 / 50 split.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct field investigations, inspections, and testing for building enclosure systems and other structures.
- Prepare engineering analyses, calculations, and reports.
- Lead project management from start to finish, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.
- Facilitate communication among clients, teams, and contractors.
- Promote safety standards and maintain quality control.
