[job_card.job_description]Identifying opportunities : Researching target markets, attending meetings, and networking to find opportunities Generating leads : Cold calling, reaching out to prospects, and pursuing leads through the sales cycle Creating plans : Developing growth strategies, forecasting sales targets, and setting goals for business and revenue growth Negotiating : Negotiating client pricing and developing and negotiating contracts Promoting : Demonstrating products or services and guiding customers through purchase decisions Maintaining relationships : Maintaining positive client relationships and providing feedback to salespeople Closing deals : Proposing and cultivating business deals, and closing new business deals Prefer a bachelor's degree, will accept equivalent or professional experience on a case-by-case basis. 5 years of progressively responsible experience in security or equivalent field. Excellent phone etiquette and written communication skills. Technological experience Persistent Approach Reliable Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions. Excellent planning, organization, and leadership / supervisory skills. Strong customer service and quality orientation. Ability to be an effective member of and lead project teams. Ability to function effectively in a matrix management organization. Ability to facilitate progressive change. A willingness to take prudent risks.

Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS), a premium regional security provider is seeking a Business Development Manager in the Southeast Florida area.
SALARY : $100,000 plus Medical Plan Compensation and Bonus Plan (Commensurate with experience)
COMMISSIONS : Unlimited
SCHEDULE : Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM
