Understand and navigate market, competitor, and customer dynamics to ensure market share and sales goals are met. Work with customers to better understand the business needs and goals. Lead and motivate team to execute excellent customer service. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to enhance loyalty. Ensure the territory pricing is properly maintained in SAP.

2 or more years of sales experience required. Steel industry experience is preferred. Strong level of commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship development. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills. Capacity to manage employees without having direct daily supervision. High ethical behavior, unquestionable integrity and character. Strong ability to lead and guide decision making.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in area of specialty preferred. High School Diploma or GED required.
