We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a key leadership position, with responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficiency and productivity are maximized, and costs are minimized. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Responsibilities :

As the Operations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include :

• Overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Implementing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to track productivity and identify areas for improvement.
• Developing and managing budgets, ensuring all operations are carried out within the allocated financial parameters.
• Applying lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
• Leading process improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance and reduce costs.
• Training, supervising, and mentoring staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous learning.
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and maintaining a high standard of quality control.
• Collaborating with other department heads to align operations with business goals.
