This position is primarily remote and open to candidates residing anywhere in the United States. We are currently prioritizing applicants in the Your City Your State area to support our growing local market.

Responsibilities and Duties

As an Independent Agent you will utilize our proven systems and training to :

Acquire New Clients : Set and manage appointments with prospective clients through existing leads referrals and professional networking.

Consultation & Sales : Conduct needs analyses and offer tailored beneficial financial recommendations to generate consistent sales.

Client Management : Provide continuous professional customer service to your established client base to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.

Time Management : Master your schedule and work-life balance while meeting production goals.

Compensation and Opportunity

This role offers an aggressive uncapped commission structure with significant performance-based incentives.

First-year earning potential for entry-level agents typically ranges between $50000 - $75000.

Part-time agents consistently average $20000 - $40000.

Experienced top-tier agents with two or more years at Eclipse Agency are earning upwards of $200000 in commissions and bonuses.

Candidate Qualifications

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. You are responsible for your own taxes business equipment and schedule. This role does not include a base salary or traditional employee benefits.
