Under supervision of personnel, the Student Supervision Associate supervises students on the school ground, bus transportation, special events, and more by enforcing school rules and regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Supervises students during breakfast, recess and / or lunch periods on the school grounds.
• Enforces rules and regulation, encourages and promotes courtesy among students.
• Implements organizational policies and procedures.
• Supervises students by utilizing PBIS strategies.
• Ensures the safety rules are obeyed.
• Reports the presence of persons loitering on school campus.
• Calls for assistance of authorized personnel in the event of an emergency.
• Follows school discipline plan; communicates with teachers regarding student behavior.
• Implements supervision strategies as indicated, modeled and coached by their supervisor.
• Communicates with both school and supervisor of any incident with students or staff.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS :

HOURS : Morning and early afternoon; time varies from 7 : 30 am-3 : 00 pm . You would only be assigned to one shift a day.
