Responsibilities :

Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to clients

Manage and oversee tax compliance and reporting processes

Conduct research on complex tax issues and provide guidance to clients

Develop and maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor

Review and analyze financial statements for tax implications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and other regulatory requirements

Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations

Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred

Minimum of 10 years of experience in public accounting or corporate tax department

Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, GAAP, and regulatory reporting requirements

Expertise in tax planning strategies for private equity and corporate clients

Proven experience in managing complex tax compliance projects

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure

Skills :

Financial report writing

Private equity tax planning strategies

Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements

Financial accounting principles

SOX compliance knowledge

Corporate accounting expertise

Account reconciliation techniques

Public accounting experience

Financial report interpretation skills

Regulatory reporting proficiency

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $120,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
