ServiceNow Architect

Role : ServiceNow Architect Locations : Milwaukee, WI Job Description-

• Hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITOM, GRC / IRM, SecOps, and CMDB. Knowledge of HRSD and CSM is a plus.
• Strong knowledge & experience of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Scoped Apps, ATF, and Service Portal / UI Builder
• Proven experience integrating ServiceNow with core financial apps, identity management, and monitoring tools
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). A Certified Implementation Specialist (CISA at least one module) A Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application Developer (CAD) preferred. 1. Platform Architecture & Strategy
• Define and maintain the ServiceNow architectural blueprint and roadmap for the bank.
• Align ServiceNow implementations with banking security, risk, and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, FFIEC, GLBA).
• Evaluate new ServiceNow products and releases for applicability to financial services use cases. 2. Solution Design & Delivery
• Lead the end-to-end design & development for modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, SecOps, and IRM.
• Integrate ServiceNow with core banking systems, identity management (SailPoint, Okta), and monitoring tools (Splunk, AppDynamics).
• Establish data and integration models using Integration Hub, REST / SOAP APIs, MID servers, and Event Management. 3. Platform Governance & Optimization
• Define governance frameworks, naming conventions, and code quality standards.
• Conduct performance tuning, instance health checks, and ensure platform scalability. 4. Stakeholder & Team Leadership
