Stylist – Full Time | Tootsies Houston
Tootsies–Houston is currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated Stylist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative professional with a passion for fashion and a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
This is a full-time, commissioned position (40 hours per week) with a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and occasional evening events.
As a Stylist at Tootsies, you will :
- Greet and acknowledge all customers, ensuring a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
- Assist and balance multiple customers simultaneously, providing exceptional service.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.
- Participate in and support store events.
- Develop and foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Contribute to the overall success of the team and store.
