Your opportunity

• Ensure the team meets or exceeds agreed service levels
• Ensure pro-active application monitoring is conducted daily.
• Ensure support calls raised by users are allocated and resolved effectively.
• Co-ordination of regular communication of issues both with IT and via business communications
• Be a Gatekeeper for the production environment through regular reviews with product owners.
• Strive to drive down IT incidents through root cause analysis and championing of technical debt requirements.
• Carry out other duties as assigned .

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $130000-$135000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This position will be open through February 28 2026.
