Billing Operations Specialist

A company is looking for a Billing Operations Specialist (PST).

Key Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls, live chat, and emails to resolve patient billing inquiries

Perform verification of benefits and ensure timely communication of care costs to patients

Utilize multiple software systems to process payments, submit insurance claims, and respond to billing inquiries

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare administration, including billing and insurance verification

Experience with Google Suite and Apple MacBook preferred

Ability to handle high volumes of client inquiries related to billing

Willingness to undertake additional tasks and demonstrate eagerness to learn

Strong passion for mental health and wellness
