Legal Billing Specialist

Vaco Boston has partnered with our client in Boston, MA to help find a Billing Representative to join its team.

Responsibilities :

Prepare and review client invoices based on internal guidelines and client requirements.

Ensure accuracy of daily billing activities and reports.

Generate and distribute billing-related reports and respond to ad hoc requests.

Assist with and provide training on billing tools and systems.

Use various client billing platforms as needed.

Provide backup support to the billing and finance team during absences or busy periods.

Qualifications :

Associate’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field preferred.

2–3 years of billing or accounting experience preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Experience in a professional services environment is a plus.

Key Skills :

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Good written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Comfortable working with numbers and financial data.

Team-oriented with a professional and positive attitude.

Able to handle confidential information discreetly.
