Sales Automation Specialist

A company is looking for a Sales & Marketing Automation Specialist to bridge sales and marketing through AI-driven demand generation.

Key Responsibilities

Build and manage B2B lead generation funnels to attract, qualify, and convert prospects

Launch and optimize paid campaigns across various channels to drive pipeline growth

Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align strategies and analyze funnel performance

Required Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in B2B growth, lead generation, or performance marketing

Fluency in running paid acquisition campaigns and optimizing for cost-per-lead and conversion metrics

Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier)

Understanding of sales pipeline dynamics and marketing attribution

Self-driven and data-minded with a passion for experimenting with new technology
