Role : Scrum Master / Project Manager

Duration : Contract-to-Hire

Location : Onsite Jersey City NJ (5 days / week)

What Youll Do

  • Lead Agile delivery Facilitate Scrum ceremonies coach teams and ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.
  • Manage projects & programs Oversee multiple Agile projects end-to-end track schedules / budgets mitigate risks and ensure stakeholder transparency.
  • Establish PMO processes Help design governance frameworks KPIs and standard templates for consistent project delivery across the org.
  • Drive communication Act as the main bridge between business IT and leadership reporting on progress risks and outcomes.
  • Champion improvement Implement best practices optimize workflows and enhance Agile adoption across teams.

What You Bring

  • 5 years experience as a Scrum Master and / or PM in Agile environments
  • Proven background working within or helping establish a PMO
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent (PMI-ACP SAFe etc.)
  • Expertise in Jira Trello or MS Project
  • Strong communication servant leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelors degree in IT Business or related field

    • Bonus Points :

  • Masters degree or enterprise Agile transformation experience
  • Familiarity with Waterfall or hybrid methodologies
