Online Reading Tutor

A company is looking for a Remote Online Reading Tutor to work as an independent contractor.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct virtual tutoring sessions covering vocabulary, phonics, and other reading elements

Manage student behavior and engagement throughout sessions

Create a safe, respectful learning environment and document session observations

Required Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old

Must reside in and work from the United States with a valid mailing address

Knowledge of and experience with reading instruction based on the science of reading

Classroom or online teaching / tutoring experience in Reading / ELA is preferred

Access to a computer, webcam, and reliable high-speed internet connection
