The posted compensation range of $18.00 - $25.25 / hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. The CNA provides direct and indirect nursing care under the direction of a RN and in accordance with policies and procedures. We have reimagined our contingent staffing plan with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that offers many options for flexibility, variety, and career growth, while supporting our collective mission to deliver outstanding whole-person care to our flourishing communities. The CommonSpirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool consists of both clinical and allied roles that flex or float throughout the CommonSpirit Mountain Region system. Associates within the Enterprise Pool will have the opportunity to float to multiple units within one facility, a geographic group of facilities, or to all of our facilities. This pool will provide additional resources to support and supplement the workload and staffing needs across the system.

Enterprise Pool 1 :

• Base rate ($18.00-26.08 / hr) + $1.50 / Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials
• 1 facility preferred location / closest to home
• At least 2 applicable units - Must work in at least 2 applicable units.

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and / or up to 20lbs frequently, and / or up to 10lbs constantly)
