Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily operations of the Appraisal department for efficient service delivery

Develop and implement processes to improve turnaround times and scalability

Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with appraisal operations requirements

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in mortgage operations, appraisal coordination, or vendor management

2+ years of leadership or management experience in a regulated environment

Strong understanding of the appraisal process and its impact on loan quality

Proven ability to lead teams and drive measurable results

Experience with appraisal management or LOS platforms preferred
