We are seeking Quick Service Assistant Managers to join our team in the Temecula area!

You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the Restaurant.

Responsibilities :

  • Supervise team of crew members
  • Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
  • Train and evaluate employees
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Resolve escalated customer complaints

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in McDonald's or other quick service restaurant, or other hospitality fields required.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Available to work various shifts, some holidays and weekends
