Boutique firm HQ in Encinitas CA specializing in various real estate matters including acquisitions, sales, leasing, disputes, and litigation. They address issues related to landlord-tenant relationships, easements, encroachments, and homeowner association matters, among others.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in all phases of real estate litigation, including case assessment, pleadings,

discovery, pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal

• Develop litigation strategies and lead negotiations to resolve disputes favorably
• Conduct research and provide legal guidance on complex real estate laws and transactions
• Draft and review legal documents relating to real estate transactions and litigation
• Actively participate in the firm’s business development efforts.
• Leverage and cultivate new client relationships, generate business leads and contribute to the

firm’s overall revenue growth by strategically engaging with PNCs and referral sources.

Requirements:

? Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
? Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
? Licensed to practice in the state of California with at least 5 years of experience in
real estate litigation.
? Excellent analytical, communication, and advocacy skills
? Strong drafting and writing skills
? Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
? Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to client service
? Proven ability to work independently
? Desire for continuous learning and professional growth
? Passion for community engagement and building relationships
? Prior experience working in a remote setting
