Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, adaptable, and client-centered Outpatient Clinician with experience supporting Families and Couples to join our inclusive team. This is a full-time, fee-for-service position with opportunities for bonuses reporting to the Clinical Director. In this role, you will provide affirming, evidence-based mental health care to couples, families, and individuals navigating relational challenges. You will be supported by a values-driven practice that celebrates diversity and believes when therapists are truly supported, they and their clients flourish.

Scheduling

Flexible scheduling options available that align with both the clinician and client / family needs. A willingness to maintain afternoon availability and some evenings required for seeing clients who need afternoon and evening availability.

Key Responsibilities

Stay current with best practices in couples and family therapy, continuing education, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Required :

Independent licensure (or license eligible) in Massachusetts : LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent
