HR Business Partner

“Our Client is a global energy services and solutions provider with offices throughout the world.

An HR Business Partner is required to take on an exciting role working with the Senior HR Manager to roll out all aspects of human resources will which include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning initiatives etc.

Responsibilities will include :

• Providing guidance and advice to the Business leaders on human resources matters including policies, practices and employee relations
• Creating and implementing new human resources programs, policies, and solutions
• With the business leaders, organising manpower planning and resource plans
• Monitoring all activities relating to recruitment and liaising with the recruitment team
• Engaging with other
• Working with Global HR to provide solutions to enhance employee experience
• Managing staff performance issues with business leaders
• Driving schemes relating to succession planning, talent management
• Advising the business leaders attrition rates and initiatives to streamline headcounts where necessary
• With Hiring Managers, managing all recruitment activities
• Producing HR Metrics for review by business leaders and Global HR
• Undertaking talent onboarding, working closely with hiring managers to ensure orientation
• Conducting exit interviews and managing exit processes
• Ensuring all international work visa applications are updated and renewed as required
