A company is looking for a Part Time Client Care Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule reservations and arrange pet care coverage
Answer client and staff questions via email and phone
Maintain client management system and keep documentation organized and up to date
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience working or volunteering with animals preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate's Degree will be considered
Extremely reliable and able to work independently
Must have a quiet home office setup with high-speed internet
Prior experience in a busy office setting or as a receptionist / admin assistant is preferred
