Location : In-Person | Doral, FL 33172

Schedule : Monday to Friday | 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

We're searching for an experienced Air Freight professional who thrives under pressure and knows how to move cargo quickly, accurately, and transparently. This isn't an entry-level role, we want someone who can run with shipments from A to Z and communicate like a pro along the way.

  • ? What We're Looking For :
  • Minimum 4 years of air freight operations experience (Import & Export)
  • Recent or current experience at a freight forwarder (non-negotiable)
  • Solid understanding of air documentation (AWB, HAWB, MAWB)
  • Ability to coordinate shipments end-to-end (pickup, documentation, airline coordination, pre-alerts)
  • Strong written English (spoken fluency a plus), Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese a plus
  • Detail-oriented and solution-focused
  • Familiarity with logistics systems (WMS, CargoWise, Magaya, or similar)

Important : We will only consider candidates who are currently working (or most recently worked) at a freight forwarder or cargo agent.
