The Job :

As a Lead QA Engineer youll be part of our construction technology team working as a remote employee. Youll get to :

• Be a hands-on leader working with agile lean high-performing teams asserting the quality for Desktop application or SaaS platforms.
• Test break & validate modern day E2E reactive web platforms microservices in cloud for quality & customer experience.
• Automate tests for Desktop products SPA & MPA built with the best in class enterprise architecture.
• Lead & provide quality certifications guided by Customer experience Agility & Extensibility as north stars.
• Led a nimble team of QA engineers to adopt and implement best automation practices in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate and convert the ambiguous high-level workflows into quantified deliverable technical use cases
• Collaborate with team to forecast timelines plan and estimate deliverables
• Ensure success through unblocking challenges & owning the deliverables E2E
• Reflect critically on designs and frameworks to improve speed / quality of deliverables

The base pay range for this position in Colorado is $ 00 per year . Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and / or other benefits dependent on the position offered.
