The Content Marketing Specialist supports Partners FCU’s marketing objectives by creating compelling, audience-focused content across social media platforms, email campaigns, blogs, and other member communications.
This role helps shape organic engagement and extends the Credit Union’s brand voice while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and impactful messaging.
Essential Responsibilities :
- Social Media and Digital Content Develop and maintain a robust content calendar for social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Create and publish engaging social media content that reflects our brand voice and resonates with Members.
- Monitor performance, engagement, trends, and audience insights to evolve content based on performance insights Monitor, respond to, and escalate Member reviews and feedback across platforms such as Google and Yelp, ensuring timely, brand aligned, and compliant responses in partnership with internal teams.
- Writing and Communications Write, edit, and proofread content for blog posts, emails, newsletters, internal / external communications, and other member touchpoints Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and quality across all content, aligned to brand standards and compliance guidelines.
- Integrated Campaign Support Partner with Marketing team members to support integrated campaigns and promotions across multiple channels.
- Provide content, copy variations, and creative inputs for paid digital ads and landing pages.
- Coordinate with external agencies or vendors to ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and campaign goals.
- Support campaign launches by assisting with asset organization, timelines, and approvals.
Performance and Reporting Track basic content performance metrics (ex :
- likes, shares, open rates, click-throughs) and share actionable insights to improve engagement.
- Suggest optimization and improvements based on analytics and audience feedback.
Additional Responsibilities Maintain organized content assets, editorial calendars, and project documentation Support marketing requests, deadlines, and workflows across team initiatives Stay current with digital and social media best practices, tools, and platform updates Assist with social listening, reputation monitoring, and timely responses (where appropriate) to member comments or community conversations Assist with special projects, promotions, or initiatives as needed KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Minimum Education Required to Perform Job :
- Bachelor’s Degree Minimum Years of Relevant Work Experience Required to Perform Job Upon Hire : 2 to 5 years Specific Experience Required : Experience in content creation, social media management, writing, or digital marketing.
- Credit Union or financial services experience is a plus.
Other Training, Technical Skills, or Knowledge Required :
- Strong creative writing, editing, and storytelling skills (across social, email, web, blogs) Familiarity with major social platforms and social scheduling / analytics tools Experience with email marketing platforms and CMS systems Excellent organizational skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset Ability to manage multiple deliverables and adapt in a fast-paced environment Shift Work : Employee is non-exempt, generally Mon-Fri day shifts but may be required to work in evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Scope of Job : The Marketing Specialist works under general supervision and is responsible for planning and executing assigned marketing tasks with moderate discretion Typical Interactions : Frequently interacts with marketing department peers and leadership, vendors and TWDC segments.

- The hiring range for this position in Florida is $56,800 to $85,200 per year and in California is $68,640 to $96,240 per year.
- The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
