Job Title : Quality Assurance Manager, Consumer Products
Division : Consumer Products Division (CPD)

Culligan is seeking a hands-on, strategic Quality Assurance Manager to build and lead the Quality function within our Consumer Products Division. As this is a newly created role, you will have the unique opportunity to define and implement QA frameworks, processes, and metrics that drive product quality, regulatory compliance, and customer trust.
You will partner closely with internal stakeholders across Product Development, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and Regulatory, as well as with external manufacturing partners (Monterrey, MX) and 3PL providers (e.g., Ryder) to ensure quality is embedded end-to-end—from design to delivery.
Key Responsibilities :
Build & Launch QA Program
- Design and implement the foundational Quality Assurance program for the Consumer Products businesses, including policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and inspection protocols.
- Define QA strategy, goals, and success metrics aligned with Culligan’s product and customer experience expectations.
Quality Systems, Tools & Reporting
Implement scalable tools and systems to track product quality data, non-conformances, supplier performance, and customer feedback.Develop and maintain QA dashboards and KPIs to drive visibility and accountability across the organization.Establish a Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) process and lead root cause analyses to address quality issues.Cross-Functional & Partner Collaboration
Partner with Product Development and Engineering to establish quality requirements during product design and validation.Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Experience, and 3PL teams to identify and correct systemic quality issues.Build strong working relationships with our Monterrey manufacturing hub, Ryder (3PL), and other key suppliers to ensure quality standards are clearly defined, measured, and continuously improved.Inspection & Compliance Oversight
Establish incoming inspection processes for sourced products and raw materials.Oversee product audits, compliance with regulatory and retailer-specific standards, and investigation of field quality issues or returns.Maintain awareness of industry standards and regulations relevant to consumer electronics, water filtration, and appliance categories.Leadership & Continuous Improvement
Hire and develop an agile QA team as needed to scale with business growth.Create a continuous improvement culture by identifying recurring issues and driving cross-functional resolution plans.Represent the voice of the customer in quality discussions and proactively raise risks and opportunities for improvement.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field required.7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Engineering, ideally in consumer products.Proven experience building or scaling a QA function from the ground up in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.Experience in government regulated industries preferredStrong working knowledge of QA methodologies, root cause analysis, inspection standards, and regulatory requirements.Experience working with offshore manufacturing (Mexico or Asia preferred) and 3PL partners.Strong problem-solving, project management, and cross-functional communication skills.Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and lead through change.
