Reward Systems Analyst

A company is looking for a Reward Systems Analyst, Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain, enhance, and test the PATH workforce planning solution and collaborate with stakeholders for budgeting and accounting processes

Support integration of PATH with BPC and Workday, and perform testing of the workforce planning process

Document procedures for planning processes and enhance Excel reports for analysis and presentation

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on information systems and process experience

Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to apply technology solutions to business problems

Experience supporting confidential data with standalone solutions

Project and process support experience with knowledge of accounting best practices in employee compensation and workforce planning

Ability to question, evaluate, and make decisions
