Develop individualized treatment plans, including medication management and psychotherapy. Prescribe medications, monitor their effectiveness, and adjust as needed. Provide counseling and therapy for individuals, couples, or groups. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including therapists and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records. Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Psychiatry. Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry. Active medical license and DEA registration. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
