Podiatry Account Manager

A company is looking for a Podiatry RCM Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing inquiries and concerns

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to optimize revenue collection

Develop action plans to improve financial outcomes and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare account management, with podiatry specialty experience

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or equivalent experience

Familiarity with RCM software and payer portals

Strong understanding of medical billing, coding, and reimbursement processes

3+ years of experience in supervising staff and overseeing workflow functions
