Multi-Task CNC Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking skilled Machinist Set up / Operator(s) to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate(s) will have experience setting up and operating CNC equipment including but not limited to  multitask machines  with advance technology (CNC with Dual Spindle, dual and triple turret, turret and mill in one, live tooling, live center). Key Responsibilities :

• Disassembles, assembles, and adjusts tools and programs.
• Measures, inspects, and evaluations parts according to detailed specifications;makes necessary adjustments.
• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines to produce high-precision parts.
• Monitors machine performance, ensures adherence to safety protocols, and performs routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoots, reports, and resolves machine malfunctions efficiently.
• Maintains accurate documentation of production and quality checks.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

This position requires eligibility to obtain authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and / or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Non-US Persons, as defined in the ITAR and EAR, may not be eligible to obtain authorization.
