This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated, licensed professionals to join a respected team in a structured, Monday–Friday schedule — with the potential to transition from 1099 to W2 status based on performance.

Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM
About Our Client
Our client is a well-established insurance provider specializing in Affordable Care Act (ACA) health plans. With a focus on high-quality service and compliance, they are known for their supportive environment, streamlined training, and strong potential for long-term growth. The company is preparing for a high-volume enrollment season and is looking for licensed agents ready to make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate ACA-compliant health plans
- Use FFM platform to complete enrollments accurately and efficiently
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ACA regulations and plan details
- Deliver excellent customer service and support throughout the enrollment process
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy expectations
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure compliance and documentation standards
