The Opportunity
Our EPM team combines deep financial planning expertise with modern technology solutions to solve our clients' most pressing challenges. You'll guide clients through the complexities of Enterprise Performance Managementfrom redesigning FP&A processes to implementing technology-enabled planning, budgeting, and forecasting solutions. Your Key Responsibilities
The core purpose of this role is to manage and deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects, ensuring quality and effective risk management. You will spend your time leading workstreams, managing client engagements, and developing innovative solutions. This role presents challenges such as solving complex financial problems, driving process improvements, and learning best practices in a dynamic environment.
- Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend changes to policies and procedures.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business)Minimum 5 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in :Strategic planning, long-range planning, and annual operating planning (AOP)Budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processesFinancial modeling and scenario analysisManagement reporting and business performance analysisCapital planning and investment analysisStrong FP&A functional background from corporate finance rolesConsulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutionsProven track record translating business challenges into improved planning and decision-making processesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesable to deconstruct complex issues and leverage financial data to drive insightsExperience working with EPM platforms is a plus, such as : Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, ePBCS, FCCS), OneStream, Tagetik, or similar solutionsUnderstanding of how these tools enable FP&A processes is valuedExcellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presenceWillingness to travel to meet client needsIdeally, You'll Also Have

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $128,400 to $235,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $154,000 to $267,400. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
