What Were Looking For :

12 years of customer service or sales experience in the insurance industry

Proven ability to generate leads, follow up, and close sales

Active P&C Producer License (required)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Multilingual (Russian, Lithuanian, or Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities :

Proactively reach out to clients and prospects to assess insurance needs

Provide tailored recommendations and build lasting relationships

Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings
