About The Position

7 : 00 AM - 7 : 30 PM

Hours / Day : 12

Shift Notes :

7 : 00AM - 7 : 30PM / 36 hours scheduled / 24 hours guaranteed / Banner is allowed to cancel 1 shift per week / Must be willing to float to units where experienced

Job Requirements

• Candidates with an AZ home address on their drivers license will not be considered -  please include a copy in submission
• 24 months minimum of current PCU experience -  REQUIRED
• Certifications must be American Heart Association OR American Red Cross, active upon submission and  INCLUDED IN SUBMISSION  -  REQUIRED
• No License Hits -  REQUIRED
• Banner will not approve RTO within the first week or holidays. Can not exceed 7 days.
• Flu vaccination - Banner declinations can be applied for (reach out for forms)
• Please add vaccination status in the submission notes
